Terms of Service

The terms governing access to and use of Veilyo.

Version 1.0 · in effect today

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the terms of access to and use of Veilyo, a SaaS platform for monitoring and generating professional content (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.

2. Account creation

Access to the Service requires creating an account with a valid email address. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

3. User responsibilities

The user undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law and these Terms. The user is solely responsible for the sources they configure, the content they generate, and how they use it.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited, in particular: any attempt at unauthorized access, circumvention of security measures or quotas; use of the Service for unlawful or defamatory purposes or in a manner that infringes third-party rights; unauthorized large-scale automated extraction; resale or redistribution of the Service or its code; any action likely to harm the proper operation of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Veilyo is proprietary software. The source code, algorithms, interface, components, diagrams, artificial intelligence processing, and business logic remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Use of the Service grants no ownership rights over the Service or its code. The user retains ownership of the content they import; the user grants the publisher the technical rights necessary for the Service to process it.

6. Access and availability

The publisher strives to ensure the availability of the Service but makes no commitment as to results. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons, without giving rise to any compensation.

7. Account suspension or deletion

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, without notice in the event of a serious breach. The user may delete their account at any time from their settings.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Generated content is provided for informational purposes and must be verified by the user. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit resulting from the use or unavailability of the Service.

9. Termination

The user may stop using the Service and delete their account at any time. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of the associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.

10. Changes to the Service and these Terms

The publisher may change the Service and these Terms. The version in effect is identified by its number (version 1.0). In the event of a material change, the user will be informed and may be asked to accept the Terms again.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
